RE:Just Posted- In House Legal Counsel - Partnerships, JV's $$$This is particularly interesting given the resource will be located in Mesa. This suggests to me that the bulk of the legal work will be done in the US and they will outsource Canadian legal work. 

Lots of interesting additional possibilities going forward including changes to corporate structure.....

This may take a while....the right candidate will conduct a lot of due diligence and hopefully come with serious connections.
