Looks Like They Are Moving Into USA in a Big Way, Nice Catch

...... on the legal hire for Mesa and insight.............. they could play this smart and then be able to max out the new EV tax credits and $$$$ available with Biden's IRA act of 22, and much more Free $$$................ I went back and looked at the job requirments more closely.....It's all setting up for Major Moves in USA with the Company, hopefully a Split of the BCS side also.....MO......

......this is what I have been waiting for..... make sure the Tech works, Sell it and then let those that Can Make it a Multi Billion $$$ business on the Business side, make it a Business and Run it like a Business to the next level..... this is what a person like Darrell brings and Rod....and Sue on the tech building up side, she does what she does VERY well, but this looks like the next Level could take shape in 23.....MO.... All Positive.....

Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
US SEC experience is preferred but not required
