RE:RE:RE:Hard to believe...The payout ratio for this stock is just fine. Don't forget that a payout ratio his calculated on a year based, not on a quater only. Accordinly, the net profit of NWH for the past 4 quaters was $ 1.21 which is more than enough. The payout ratio is 67%. Granted that Q3 was not there best, but the balance sheet his improving. Good cashflow, better revenus, lower dept. Let's not forget that the increase of the interest rate did affect most if not all REIT. NWH have a good track record, increased it's dividend on a regular base. Overall, this stock remain quite solid and it's value will improve when interest rate will decline. Until then, cashing the monthly dividend will ease the pain.
