Black is as wrong today as he was on Oct 6th. You can't start the expungement process without rescheduling in a timely fashion (100 days) or you double the work unnecessarily on future convictions

Pharma (Pfizer & Arena) and alcohol (Canopy & Constallation Brands) want a peice of the action just as the government (with Bright Green Corp.) by smoldering out the black market which dwarfs 280e revenue.

Not sure why Safe is needed for institutional money to buy when they are already buying.
