That was poor (now very poor) WiLander.  He Suffered with QTRH for a decade and then lost 90% by switching to KNR.  

Still, he isn't the worst market timer with a connection to QTRH.  The former CFO gave up 5 million BitFarms options at 0.30 when he joined QTRH.  A year later the stock was $10.  He missed out on a $50 million payday by joining Quarterhill.  Then he gave up 700k QTRH options with a $2.65 strike price and joined Kevin O Leary's crypto WonderFi.  His options with a $1.30 strike price is a far stretch from the $0.15 price today.
