RE:Insider Trading

RE:Insider Trading

Just have a good lok at the GRA chart. It speaks volumes for existing and any would be new NanoXplore shareholders.
NanoXplore's share price was last closest to today's share price during 2017, so you must be referring to that time period when you refer to the original underwritings.

The insiders simply don't seem to want to actually defend the stock price and are perhaps quite content to have the GRA share price drop down towards September 22, 2020 close of $1.59.
I expect at or as close as possible to $1.59 is when those 50% of the largest quite contented NanoXplore shareholders, who Mr. Nazarpour made sure to mention during the recent Q1/2023 conference call as also being collectively supportive of the possibility that the company may not attain nor sustain achieved profitability at any point during this five year period, would be collecting much more of their respective greater control of NanoXplore Inc.

There are no immediately disseminable "tangible deliverables" for the company's representatives to make publicly available in order to support the NanoXplore share price; and the insiders certainly don't seem to want to take money out of their own pockets right now and support a perhaps most conveniently continually depreciating NanoXplore share price by puting their money where their respective mouths are and purchasing swaths of GRA shares.
Where are they now, i.e. where are those 50% of the largest NanoXplore shareholders whom Soroush Nazarpour made sure to mention as being entirely supportive of the five year strategic business development "investment plan"?

I said it before and I'll state it again. I will not purchase a single GRA shre more until the share price trades at price points which either wholly reflective of NanoXplore's cash on hand or are trading at a discount to the company's then existing cash on hand.

I'll play it like the insiders and those 50% of the largest NanoXplore shareholders would. Perhaps you would think about doing the same?
