I am very close to selling into this deal now- they did get a match offer clause but that is a no brainer otherwise the board would be sued. 

i would like to see a competing bid but who else needs a cdn foot print - on the flip side, at least we don't have a buyer whose pockets are deep so we dont have closure risk.

There is a lot more value then $4 in the long term I think but short term is the inflationary pressure made them throw in the towel early. WBR has a good postion in Ontario. Hopeing some other will step in to improve the offer.  

Would avoid Big Rock - Very close to bankrupt as managment states they are ongoing concern for Big Rock to operate.
