I can tell you but you probably won't like the answer. Eric bought this for gold in BC. Period. Years later, they are still looking. Eric is old school. If they switch from gold in BC to Cobalt in Ontario, they are giving you a big red flag about what is in BC. That's what he bought it for, so that's why he sold. Simple. He has 100 investments. He didn't sell it because he needed the capital for something else.
