Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. in the u.s., oncy closed at its high for the day and traded more than twice its daily average. that is typically viewed as a bullish sign. impressive performance on a triple witching day with the dow down almost one percentage point on the day.
