Given that the target, earlier this year was 500 sites and, more recently, estimated at 400 sites, by year's end, NUR would still fall short by 38% from its 400 sites target.
Also, in the context where, in DRC, "...a long wet season (October to December)", it may be that this 250 sites estimate may be difficult to reach, even if other countries have more permissible weather patterns over this period.
