Those exited early either made some profit or reduced their losses from holding Hexo. They were smart to see that 'there is nothing going for shareholders' here. Perpetually loss making institution Hexo can not be a good investment. Regulatory reforms should bar such institutions from reverse splits and dilutings to keep going with unviable business at the cost of innocent shareholders. Shameful to vouch for Hexo to put innocent shareholders through nothing but misery.
