They sold DHS businesses along with CP because they are desperate.
Bear market -> dropped SP --> no more acquisitions --> no PP --> managing  acquired businesses --> Cloudmd had no clue.
Sell to survive.. stay with small portion of businesses with some cash.
Good but now ..

How is the world you are going to make some money here.

The best case:
Cloudmd might survive as some small tiny business that will slowly expand based on inherited contracts, but with burden of 300mill stocks will never be investable for retail.
Even if you are new investor.. you could count on a swing trade and that's it.
