Tehachapi home values will skyrocket

You should forward this to the Tehachapi City Council seeing as the development of Sage Ranch is apparently built on bringing the homeless and farm labor to the heart of the city according too you. Definitely a 180 degree turn from the aviation and engineering professionals the development platform was promoted on to city council.

"Moving homeless individuals to Palmdale and the Antelope Valley will only serve to create new problems for the homeless community in these areas, such as a lack of affordable housing and adequate resources to properly address mental health and addiction issues."

This is not an issue of affordable housing these are homeless people.
Again the homeless are there because of the year round climate and now you want to have them build a camp in the high desert.
This area has winter with sub zero temperatures.
Talk about NIMBY.
LA doesn't want them, Lancaster/Palmdale doesn't want them but according to you Tehachapi is there with open arms.

Jeff apparently (or maybe Paul Morris currently) owns the 28 acres north of Sage Ranch that is entitled for (300) apartments.
It has also been mentioned that the State must give preference for this densified low income housing, is giving out millions to have it built and then everybody can add their Accessory Dwelling Units and the USDA loans make it all virtually free.
Boom, get it built and move them in.
Really happy to see a company stepping up for the homeless.
Well done.
Cheers
