" bribe"

" bribe" In a legal response such as this, you distance yourself from the outright accusation while explaining your actions.  They don't need to address " bribery" because they have explained the source and purpose of a swiss transfer.  Law 101, you don't even dignify the claim.

The whole issue is so ridiculous because "IF" IVN was going to bribe anyone for anything, do you honestly think a wire transfer would be made to a Swiss bank account? Don't you think they would be smart enough to do it as everyone else does in a more covert manner like inventory adjustments, building permit costs, cost of material allowances., etc?  Sentry is painfully dumb and the fact the RCMP thought they would find something so obvious is comical.
