RE:RE:RE:when did Dialco deal fall apartThe Infomed "deal" PR was filed six days ago on Dec 13th. The law requires the contract/ material agreement be released within 10 days. So that makes Friday Dec 23rd as the last day to disclose.
What would that say about a comapny and it's management's integrity if they sat on a signed contract for 10 days and tried to hide it into the Christmas hollidays?
Are they that afraid of letting shareholders see what they did and didn't do?
Why would they want to withold such material information from shareholders unless it's to conceal incompetence, corruption, or as an opportunity to benifit on the inside information over sharholders?
I imagine Spectral will not speak up- but in 4 days days the law will help reveal some truth about this company.
