Yes, the diviend notice is usually issued the 1st week of the month... not sure why the delay. I did notice in their Corporate Presentation, as of Nov.30/22, that the corporate profile does indicate that the estimated monthly dividend for 2023, based on the current monthly dividend payment is estimated to be $0.002301 for an annnual yield of 8%.

Regarding your 2nd concern... the Cairn Capital Group, supported by Mediobanca as its majority shareholder, completed an acquisition and merger with Bybrook Capital in 2021. As of October 28/22, Cairn Capital was listed as the major shareholder of i3E with 234M+ shares owned.

Cairn was rebranded as Polus Capital Management in 2022, following the strategic combination of Cairn and Bybrook and POLUS (as far as I can ascertain), as of Nov. 30/22, is now the owner of those shares, so nothing to worry about there.
