Bit of a drop, but maybe a strong buy?

Bit of a drop, but maybe a strong buy?I did not expect a drop to $0.105 this soon, hopefully this is a sign of a bottom, it's anyone's guess of course.

I use to be a fan of buying at 52 week lows, but some stocks keep their down-trend going till the few cent level, so that idea isn't always a winner. The shear potential of reverting to mean here, has me interested though.
