RE:RE:RE:RE:Quote of the day

RE:RE:RE:RE:Quote of the dayIn my view what is going on in Lima will have very little effect on Condor.  When a new President comes in then an impact can occur in terms of a new governments policies, royalty structures for foreign miners...but that is still not in the near term time horizon.  In addition, Peru is always unstable with its political leaders, so this time is really no different.  The village all wants access.  There is currenlty no Chair of the Village so an election needs to occur ASAP.  One front runner favours immediate access and the other is the former Chair who nobody likes.  The election should occur very soon followed by the access agreement and then drilling program.  The only hitch is the interim leader of Peru is fromer Shining Path as is the lone protestor in Liscay (the village), however Shining Path mobilizes quickly at times like this and 1 protestor an easily turn into 10-this is very common around the world today where professional protesors are quick to join(get paid) for the cause.
Only my thoughs...Merry Christmas everyone!  Feliz Navidad..prospero ano y felicidad!
