Reits are and will continue to be in a tough spot here until we get a definitive "pause" announcement from BOC. Japan's announcement late last  night didn't help the mood surrounding the central banks either. Even Macklem was now out saying they will err on the side of caution and over do it rather than not enough, after indicating a pause just a short while ago. Seems like a fairly well orchestrated attack by all central banks in unison. I remain hopeful their bark is worse than their bite at this stage. If they keep hammering and we start pricing in more than a mild recession, this reit will quickly target it's covid lows, in fact, if the company wasn't in buying right now, by the looks of it, we would be at the mid $7's by now.
