Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Last week Nimbus Lakshimi was valued at US$ 0.00. Then out of nowhere, Japan's Takeda announced that Takeda was acquiring Nimbus Lakshimi for a total of US$6.0 Billion that included US$4 Billion in cash upfront.
