Rule-1, AS YOU STATED VERY WELL: CONSERVE CASH and keep costs low, during recessions. My point is in method of promotions. There is no need for costly promotions/firms when less-costly methods are available and can likely produce as much, or even possibly better awareness. But less costly methods require out-of-box thinking, creativity, and shuns professional firms' that use cookie-cutter methods. He needs to build awareness and quickly, awareness that pays off in stock price RISING. We are witnessing just the opposite. By this one standard, the awareness-building being used appears ineffective.
