Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

INTERESTING...

The price settled in the low $9's in late Sept, and has mostly stayed there with a few bumps to $9.80. During this 3 month window, assuming 250k shares/day traded, it is about a total of 18 million shares that were exchanged in this 3 months. 18 million shares of of people selling at the $9's.....crazy!
