John Chen just stated that they will be demonstrating Blackberry IVY running on a JEEP Cherokee at CES.

I suspect STELLANTIS (the world's 9th largest automaker and owner of JEEP, Chrysler, Peugeot, and other highly recognizable brand name vehicles) will be one of Blackberry's first confirmed design wins for IVY. Stellantis' CEO also happens to be Keynoting CES and will be debuting the new Peugeot Inception EV Brand Concept, RAM EV, and other new models.

For those who haven't been paying attention, IVY was running on a Peugeot vehicle at the Bosch Connected World Conference in early November with CarIQ, Compredict, and Alexa built into the vehicle.

Moreover, Electra, a Blackberry IVY developer of AI/ML enabled Battery Management Systems has been working with Stellantis to develop an integrated Battery Management System.

Oh yeah, and Stellantis recently purchased AI Motive, a QNX featured ADAS company. QNX/AIMotive VideoAI Motive Acquisition PR

If you haven't seen this Coding the Car Documentary Presented by Motortrend and Blackberry QNX, Stellantis is prominently featured and the Stellantis representative sat down with GM and QNX for a panel discussion after the premier at the Detroit Auto Show.

Earnings need to change for this to go anywhere, but the patent deal appears to be back on with two potential buyers which should help to close the deal and get the company back on track...if they can close.
