Aris Mining Corporation is a gold producer in the Americas. The Company is engaged in operating two mines with expansions underway in Colombia. The Segovia Operation is located in the Segovia-Remedios mining district in the department of Antioquia, Colombia, approximately 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Medellin. The Segovia Operations comprises four active underground gold mining operations, which include El Silencio, Sandra K, Providencia, and Carla. It has over 11 titles with a total area of 5,335.58 hectares (ha). The Marmato underground gold mine is located on the west side of the town of Marmato, in Marmato municipality of Caldas Department, in the Republic of Colombia, approximately 80 km from Medellin and 200 km northwest of the capital city of Bogota. The Company is also the operator and 51% owner of the Soto Norte Project, which is advancing to develop a new underground gold, silver and copper mine. In Guyana, it is advancing the Toroparu, a gold/copper project.

RE:RE:Hum...it seems the " whale "got an indigestion...there is no acceleration clause for the B warrants. only the A warrants have accel clause at $2.75 x 2 = $5.50.

gcm went to $8 and there was no accel of B warrants.

tobinator01 wrote: I looked back at the chart six months, which includes pre-merger trade.  The C$3.75 level has been adamantly defended.  This might be the downside of those B series warrants with the acceleration clause if the Aris stock trades over 3.75 for a period of time.  Warrant holders can play the stock short, cover, repeat knowing they have a cover price (via exercise) well below the stock price.  It acts like a sure thing insurance policy if their short goes against them.  They still can lose money on a short but it is no longer a theoretical unlimited loss.

The stock really needs to close and stay above 4 for a period of time.  Aris Gold pre-merger was always shooting through C$2.00 and getting hit back to $1.50.  The chart looked like a saw tooth wave.
