The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

So the USA has been making a very large effort to keep oil prices low. That effort just ended.

Oil should rise as that extra supply wains.

Freeport will also start up soon bringing 20% of the USAs LNG exports back online creating an uptick in NA NG prices

All of these tailwinds bode well for ARX along with an upcoming ex-div day.
