If you look at other MSOs, it was a coordinated drop around 10:00 am. It was more likely the shorts driving it down quickly to pick up stop loss orders that retail investors put in after yesterday's big drops. 

That's the problem with stop loss orders on these risky stocks because they are so volitile and shorts know that so they will coordinate a drop to pick them up and then drive the price back up. It also doesn't help that the MSOs don't have huge volumes because they're basically owned by retail investors so they can be manipulated.
