"I hear you - what is plan b or c tho? What does the future in 1-3 years look like without this deal? - im all for a better deal - just haven't heard or seen one yet & yes prop is prob working for the hedge fund, who's working for us? - I think if someone would lay out a good alternative plan many could easily vote no. Do you believe if we hold out they will come back with a higher %?

I don't want to argue with anyone I just need to see a better path forward.

i dont give a rats who prop is working for  - he's the only one that has any sort of idea/PERIOD to the good for moving foward & he's doing his job very well - nobody here seems to be working at any sort of alternative path(s) foward?? - most every else is just angry,mad & whining.I understand the frustration but like i asked KBC above - lay out some options.
