I agree  with you . This really does stink  ,,,   the whole stock market stinks right now ,,
although  the Marijuana sector is getting kicked down the most ,  It's  an easy target  considering
it's  a new industry  struggling  with all the hurdles to try to get over,,   ie ,  no advertising  , no banking
assistance for struggling companies to keep them going  or for them to expand... over taxed  ,
and mostly not being able to sell Marijuana drinks in all the places as beer is sold ( bars ,restaurants)

A lot of companies are at their  52 week lows right  now .not just Tilray

The Nasdaq is hovering around their 52 week lows right now,!,,   down  - 5,259  (  - 34 %  )

Even   well established companies that you would not expect  to be hovering  around their 52 lows

Ie ..  Tesla  is down    -  $  261  (  - 68 % )
        Apple is down    -  $ 47      (  - 26 % )

Just a couple  ,,  the list is too big to name them all

Tilray for me is like watching  a bad movie  that I've  been watching  hoping it gets better and now
I am  going to watch to see how  it ends ,,,, (  hopefully  it has a happy  ending  )

Hopefully   Germany will legalize marijuana   in 2023 and get the ball moving and other  European
Countries   will  follow,,l

The Untied States  will eventually  legalize,, at federal level,, in my opinion  they will not have a choice

Right now 21 States are legalized for recreational and medical
8 States are talking about legalizing  for recreational  in 2023
37 States are legalized for medical

At this rate mostly  a lot of the States  will become legalized  and the Federal government  cannot
ignore  what people want and will want in on the lost tax dollars
