Its South District operating area is located east of Calgary in southeastern Alberta and produces medium gravity crude, as well as liquids-rich natural gas. Its Central District operation is located in East Central Alberta, which is focused on producing oil from multiple, large OOIP pools. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater and other properties.

It's look like that, but most of the mid producers (over 35,000 boe/d) are in this range !
But Baytex is well position with it's Clearwater new wells over 1,000 boe/d (40% higher compare to it's peer) that replace for sure past wells at lower boe/d.

So Baytex decline rate will fall a bit probably around 20-22%.

It's sound a good question to send to Brian Ector, Investors relation of Baytex !

Sorry for CJ readers, at the end, CJ shareholders as i am are very well position to added more FCF with less CAPEX and maintain avg. boe/d !!!
