Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:RE:Snow and Cold Time for a little DilutionGlad to see you are out of the pen OBwon.  You would have though house arrest would have been available unless your wife wanted you out?  If they were to do a financing and then use it on more BYN we would have an interesting conflict to jump on. Rather lets think happy thoughts.   If they get over 200 ozs in 2023 the debt could be significantly lowered and shareholders rewarded.  If Raven is proven out then I think we are sold before it is developed.  Just the price is the issue.  $25 seems like such a long time ago.  Never happening now.  I would be averaging down more, that never burns you right?, but I have a few small pennies I plan on having a double on early in 2023.  Then, before VGCX fires back up in March I might get some additional shares to whine about.  Merry Christams/Happy Holidays to everyone here.  Even Whatster.  NO MORE BYN JOHN!
