RE:RE:PRICE CRASHThis trust has a very low payout ratio right now hovering around the 8% mark last quarter. Quite a bit less of a lower payout ratio the quarter before. I think the BOD could easily double the distribution each month. The stock price would at least double also if they were to do so.
