STAG completes acquisition of 8 Brazilian licenses!

STAG completes acquisition of 8 Brazilian licenses!
STAG completed its acquisition of the 8 key Brazilian lithium & rare earth exploration licenses!

The portfolio provides STAG with a 75% interest in 6 lithium & 2 REE licenses totalling 12,315 hectares of highly prospective land in the Minas Gerais, Bahia and Goas states.

Notably, STAG's Minas Gerais licenses are ~38km east of Sigma Lithium's Grota Cirilo Property, a Tesla supplier set to make its first shipment in April 2023 and soon to be one of the largest and greenest lithium operations in the world.

STAG CEO Peter Wilson commented:
"Brazil has benefited from several major lithium discoveries, the realization of production and the fulfilment of multiple off-take agreements. The Foxfire licenses provide an exciting opportunity for early-stage, green field exploration in a known lithium province, particularly given their proximity to multiple high-grade lithium discoveries and producers"
