diajohnfirst of all I do not speak for 40% of the company - maybe 20% and that is if shareholders are not totally fed up with everything and have not continued to sell! in this market (which is one of the worst ever) if a rogue offer came in at $ 0.60 which is a 100% premium to the current price , that would have to be considered - what do you think the remaining 80% of the shareholders do? The bod cannot do anything as they own no shares. what would you do? 100% premium in this market - that is what you have to consider ( basically the value of the royalty) WE ARE VULNERABLE and will be moreso after the Nelligan update! IMHO I'm surprised that this has not already occurred!!! absolutely vsr is worth much, much more but it all comes down to what the market will bear - and right now that is not very much - this may never happen but IMG and it's partner are much stronger now and I keep asking myself why would you carry vsr through another substantial drilling program?
