RE:RE:RE:RE:Why is QTRH BUCKING THE TREND? Why don't you simply take the announcement at its face instead of introducing all kinds of spin to fit your agenda.
Shannon Swank was hired to pursue strategic initiatives and alliances starting with leveraging the I/O Hub Infrastructure to tap into transaction-based revenue. I will admit that a husband/wife on the management team does concern, in principle.
She may or may not become the CEO of ETC at some point in the future. Kevin Holbert, ETC's current CEO, has the IT/Operations pedigree...a skill set more in line with the CEO requirements for a technology company. In addition, Holbert and his team onboarded 7 new major contract in 2022 - a few bumps, but overall successfully I would observe.
Bret Kidd will be with QTRH through 2024, at least, to reap a big payday.
If Michel Fattouche sells, he won't do it in 500 share blocks. An institution sold on QTRH's pure play ITS strategy and business/operational success to date will take his 1.9M shares off his hands.
Your foils Gillberry and Skippen will be gone by April. Hopefully Wilan will be sold by then.
See you in 2023 vg.
