Still we talked about the rate of insider accumulation with the share cancellations so that it will become likelier as they year by year downtheroadforawhiletowardforward which is more of a mathematical position and argument than what will actually happen

As for what comes, I am happy holding until then and taking in dividends monthly and I like what I'm hearing about an increase in the dividend in 23. I hope the trajectory toward that happening continues.

Should someone want to buy us out, say a pension fund....well I guess we'll face that when it comes. Aggressive preventative measures...poison pill.... are possible but there are all kinds of reasons not to worry

Oh and until we get our divvy back I wholeheartedly endorse sharebuybacks

Malx1, cpeczek, Bridge, TLV et all, thanks for being the smartest Stockhouse board with what you all contribute here. And a specials shout out to Kasking for being inside eyes into our facilities.

Happy holidays and onward to 23

Significance in the number 21...

Would not be open to discussing takeover unless someone or some group wants to offer 21x the company's 12-month-forward free cash flow, which I believe can hit a rate of $21mm within the next few years under normal operating conditions.

Anyone complaining about declining share count will then finally realize that as shares melt away, that $21mm free cash flow figure gives ALL remaining shareholders a nice boost to takeover price.

Blackjack.  Game over.

Otherwise, they will have to pry the share certs from my fists.

If my Tourettes were to flare up, I'm not legally responsible for what happens to the bidder.
