RE:RE:RE:Approval meeting on Monday December 19
RE:RE:RE:Approval meeting on Monday December 19I believe the new shares in the reorg will be equal to the number of old shares held. There will be a 300 for 1 roll back of the new shares in the new company for a total of about 1 million shares outstanding. If they have plans to raise capital, there will be dilution of the new shares.

the nominal value (almost zero) is held in the old shares.
with any new capital raised the value of that capital will be placed in the new shares. To particpate in those new shares, you will need to provide new capital.
If the company develops substantial worth, you will have had to put up new capital to participate in that growth by buying those new shares just as if you had bought new shares in a company.
There is not much upside for your old shares you have retained because even with great growth of newco, the great increase in value would occur in the new shares (starting value = new capital raised) and not the old shares (starting value near zero).
If you are suggesting there will be a share purchase rights offering that could that would be the first time that was mentioned that I remmeber with this company. And if you are further suggesting that the shares would be offered up at anything significantly less than market value, my question would be why would they do that?
