RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SPXTo prove to the market you are not full of hot air.
To increase the share price, to limit dilution.
To prove to the market you are capable of selling something and you have the production know how to deliver orders if and when they ever come in.
Why did they have a jv with Sanan named SPX? To mothball operations? Are you kidding? You cannot be serious?
You want your legacy products to have zero sales? You want your legacy to be a zero? Come on.
The promise for 18 months was for sales in Q 3-4, so do not pretend it was all planned to skip the legacy products. Just check to see why they started SPX.
Mindboggling rationalizations here....Tell i am dreaming....this is insane.

The question becomes. And we keep saying the same thing over and over again, where are the sales for the 100-400g? Investors should be updated on this progress, or perhaps we aren't for lack of it?
Suresh downplays this segment on every call and talks about the future being 800 and beyond. Fair enough, but if you can't mfg and sell a 100g transciever, how can you mfg and sell a 800g one?
All they have to do is one thing and one thing only. Announce an actual sale. Even if it's 100g to 'Ma and Pa's' second hand store in Shanghai. Just annouce something, anything.
If the 100 to 400 segment is being commoditized with very low margins why try to make and sell anything in this segment?
