So, Eoj123, is that just data reported, or what shall one do with this information?
Could it be interpreted?
The report is on 22-12-2022 for transactions taken place on 22-12-2022.
Can you find a message in that?
Reported on the day of the transaction? Really? No message at all?
I often buy/sell shares on TSX (and .v) and many of those deals never show up on the TSX website at the time of consumption.
Maybe by end of day, somewhere hidden in much larger numbers.
Brokers may average of course.
It's not as if TSX / TSX.v is a digital marketplace.
I believe that everybody here knows how that is possible.
If you don't, ......... get out while you can, this is no place for you.
Many times transactions are reported just within the allowed timeframe.
How many parties are controlled by the buying party? Buyer reports on the day, seller reports three months later (may even accepts a $10,000 fine for too late reporting).
In cahoots with any other party?
Everybody here "knows" that PIPE shareprice is ridiculously low.
What was it? Two times earnings?
They must be failing badly.
Why would any party sell 600K shares and potentially lose ~$1 million?
If you own 600K shares, can you really be that uninformed?
Note: can't use Righand's favorite word, you understand that :-) Could this reporting in SEDI just be someone making sure to the general public that 600K shares at CAD 2.92 is a normal price, so better sell at $3 while the offer is on?
Is there puckery in the air?
No, surely not, better take the info at face value.
Have fun.
Merry X-mas as well and may 2023 be the best year ever for all of us.
Casper, the above wishes are for you too, don't feel left out.
