RE:RE:RE:Armoyan stock debentures buying going  into  voluntary  receivership   buys  them  time to  possibly  sell  properties  and gets   George  A.  off   their back  at least in the short   term. Receivership  just  means they are insolvent not bankrupt. -----a temporary  situation.
