I was a bit too optimistic on the Something Is Up.

There is NO WAY I will give this company more money.

it's time to sue and sell assets

Sue to get contracts paid out Drag these cash rich non payers through the courts and blast their name over social media. And I know how to do this
Suing someone in the US especially if we have a contract can pay huge dividends.

US courts can look at contract law with huge damages
I don't care if these companies never use WEE tools again... they are the reason we are in the position we are in!!

We then sell our huge tax losses for 50% .. a non asset share sale
We sell the technology to people that pay.

All in we may get .50 a share...and get out for good !!

I'll bet paychecks are cashed this month

I will probably stick up a Shareholders website soon and start looking for input . A shareholder vote will be required

This may be done without a receiver. No existing management should be used . Time to move on.
