After discussing Thursday drill results with Berdahl, they’re now leaning toward a new model that wraps in a new northwestern oval patch that dips sharply but stays rich to a depth of a kilometer or more. To me this is the elephant in the room and a Christmas gift rolled into one. It will be more expensive to drill than a simple open pit. But it could be even more lucrative, if the grades stay high thru a long downward plunge.
@AUPop @Gnutimes, The very high grade portion still covers a big area of Valley (just see how far out hole 7 is) and I wish QH made that point better. Very high grade does not only occur around the edges of Valley.
Yes that plunge of the high grade core out towards the west and northwest is what the company should focus on this coming drill season now that they have a much better understanding of the dynamics of the deposit. I just listened to QH's presentation on Crescat and I think they have this deposit figured out. Excellent presentation. I wish I had someone like Quinton around years ago to explain the geology aspect of these discoveries because I would have held in much longer on some of the bigger discoveries that I've witnessed over the decades of investing in mineral exploration.
What a great resource to have with these Crescat videos. I realize they have their own agenda as well on the promotional side but for the most part investors can make up their own minds on which ones to go overweight on and SGD is top of my list right now. Who knows but perhaps if that high grade core ends up being as large and deep as the guys think than this deposit could be mined using block cave mining methods. Just a thought. In any case buy all the SGD you can at these low levels because it won't remain down here for very long. The big boys are watching this one circling like great white sharks. I'm very confident that Snowline will be taken out by this time next year in excess of $10 a share. Just my 2 cents worth
