RE:RE:Temas Resources announces termination of Piskanja ProjectI am sure there was more to the decision to terminate the JV, but going forward Temas was looking at massive dilution to their stock. In the beginning when their SP was $1-2, this seemed like a good deal. I believe the $5 million credit line they have converts to equity. They could have funded Piskanja, with minor dilution. But, given the financial obligations they have, coupled with a $0.05 SP, not too pretty going forward.
At least we got a free ride for Part 1 of the license.
