Biden’s Pardon, and States to Watch in 2023

Biden's recent pardon of federal convictions for simple possession should lead to less enforcement and fewer convictions in the future - at least at the Federal level,  which might result in more states lightening up on enforcement and more polling of their citizens on whether to legalize cannabis at the state level in 2023.

2023 will be interesting. If old Joe can do an about face on MJ, maybe some of the dinosaurs can too.
