Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). RE:SEDAR

It was Dec. 13th when Spectral filed the confusing "News Release" announcing the signing over of N American control of DIMI and SAMI. Stating: "Dialco previously licensed the SAMI and DIMI technology..."

Within 10 calendar days a 51-102F3 Material Change Report should have been filed on Sedar. That would have been Dec 23rd.

To be clear a "news release" is not a "material change report" not on Sedar and not in court.
