Several companies "test drove" the technology but decided not to do anything with it. The company probably thought they'd find a suitor at some point but that never materialized. Even Chiesi did nothing with the XB3. Now, with the company out of money and out of funds, had no other choice but to essentially liquidate itself for next to nothing. The company had touted for years the utility of XB3 but when push came to shove, it was a complete failure. The market had been telling you this for years with the stock price being at such low levels. The game is now over and it's time to move on instead of wasting many more years on this garbage
