@PliskinNYC it could also be both. They can't get their shite together for marketing and sales, so they are making the easy play and gift wrapping it for a buyout.

Personally, I'm going to sit back and wait. If they finally get their poop in a group and find some success, awesome. If they throw up their hands, pump the heck out of it and offer it up for, say, $2 a share, I'll take my six figure profits and walk away.

Easy peasy.
