I am wondering if the profound efficacy of the pelareorep boost is owing to a unique function. This is a complex subject and lay folk such as myself need clear non technical language to get to some understanding.
In CAR T and solid tumors, pelareorep seems to bring something unique, perhaps cross-talk, and the boost seems to wage further war on the tumor. Having been softened up beforehand. I think that may be something very special. I may be wrong, Just inquiring.
