I get my notice directly sent to me in the mail. Didn't you get yours? If not, you can change that by contacting your broker.

That does create the expectation that common shareholders would receive the same timely company news releases as the Reliq CEO provides to the public that require the "forward looking statement" disclaimers.

The only conclusion one can make is that the company deliberately attempts to attract shareholder investments from the public but just as deliberately attempts to provide barriers to shareholder voting participation and information.

For those like you who actually try to actively participate in the Annual General Meeting, that IS a policy that has every reason to disappoint and cause worry. It does mean a shareholder cannot rely on the Company's own website for reasonable disclosure to permit that participation.

If calling truth as it is ruffles feathers, so be it. There is no reason to apologize for expressing disappointment in a management that behaves like this.
