Fly on the Wall (Part Two): Ode to Acerus

Fly on the Wall (Part Two): Ode to AcerusIan Ihnatowycz led the conference call with finesse
As Acerus Pharmaceuticals faced its greatest test
Scott Leckie had resigned, and the CFO too
The director of USA operations also bid adieu

Dr. Geoff Cotton spoke with a haughty air
Mr. Boris Chabursky said he's sick of this entire affair
Dr. Samuel Hersckowitz was unapologetically wry
While tired old Stephen Gregory just wants to die

Gregory was forced to deny his loyalty once more
To the late Eugene Melnyk, the founder of yore
The CEO and director Ed Gudaitis ain’t present
His tenure's uncertain; the future he'll lament

The stock market performance was poor; sales lagging, and why?
And the acquisition of Serenity raised many an eye
Dr. Hersckowitz founded Serenity, and he held the reigns
But now it appears as a troubled domain

The strategic review process was their only hope
To chart a path forward and help them cope
But with so much turmoil and uncertainty it’s said
There’s no silver lining, only darkness ahead
