He seems to understand the business of bidding on projects far better than Sparaga, that is for sure, along with a sense of urgency to not bid on those LT contracts and to unwind working capital.
2) Not sure Jackson is part of Red Jar? Ardilla, Clark, Waxman and Sparaga are according to their website and according to sedi. Regardless, they have all but been shut out of the process and receive no comp. the problem is they hold too much equity and totally screwed up the bidding process over a year ago and need to stand down even further. Board needs to go given the material accounting changes (3 in one year) and then fradulent rights offering.
